
Polk County Middle School’s cross country program will begin practice for the upcoming season on Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Practice will be held Monday-Thursday after school until 5 p.m. Athletes must have a physical on file at the school before being allowed to practice.
There will be no tryouts or cuts this season, but due to restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, only seven runners from each team (boys and girls) will be allowed to compete at meets.
PCMS head coach Katie Elliott urges all interested runners to begin training at home before the start of practice following the below schedule:
