Tryon’s Clayton Sain and Mike Keller each earned a pair of wins Saturday in motocross action at Cathey’s Creek MX in Forest City.
Competing in the 2020 Outlaws Series, Sain won a pair of classes, the Schoolboy 1 12-17 86-125cc U/H race and the 125cc 2 stroke / open 112cc race.
Keller continued his season-long success, winning the 40+ and 50+ divisions.
Two other area racers picked up victories, with Tryon’s Ben Thompson taking top honors in the 85cc Beginner 9-15 class, a race that featured five Polk County competitors finishing in the top seven, and Mill Spring’s Brilee Stott claiming the top spot in the 85cc 9-13 race.
