Local riders Bryan McDowell and Nathan Prince each earned wins Saturday during the Carolina Outlaw Series motocross event at Cathey’s Creek MX.
McDowell took top honors in the 250D class while Prince raced to a win in the 85cc Beginner 9-15 division, placing just ahead of fellow Mill Spring racer Peyton Hoots.
That race also included a fifth-place finish for Jayce Edwards, who is back in action after being injured in a crash in August during a race in Tennessee.
