
WHC tennis: Heider named top player, four others earn all-conference spot
2019 1A singles state champion Ryan Heider has been named the Western Highlands Conference Player of the Year.
Heider, who capped an unbeaten season with the first state singles championship in Polk County history, led a group of five Wolverines named to the All-WHC squad.
Also earned all-conference honors were:
- Sophomore Henry Heider
- Junior Jared Searcy
- Junior Grant Waddell
- Sophomore Adam Kehrer
