Polk boys prep for Owen clash with sweep of Mountain Heritage

Polk County tuned up Monday for a key showdown with Owen, sweeping Mountain Heritage 9-0 in Western Highlands Conference boys tennis action at Polk.

The Wolverines (3-1, 2-0) dominated Monday’s play, losing two games or less in four of the six singles matches.

Polk County is slated to host Owen on Tuesday. The Warhorses have been traditional powers in the WHC.
