Polk County senior McClain Koistinen returns a shot during a match earlier this season

Hendersonville handed Polk County a 9-0 setback Wednesday in a Mountain Foothills 7 Conference boys tennis match at Jackson Park in Hendersonville.

The loss dropped the Wolverines to a 2-6 record as Polk kicked off its final week of regular-season play.

The Wolverines are set to host Patton on Thursday at 4 p.m. before traveling Monday to Brevard to conclude the regular season.
