Wolverine JVs top McDowell 2-1 for first win of season

Wylie Rauschenbach and Braxton Edwards each scored goals Wednesday to lift Polk County to a 2-1 win over McDowell in junior varsity boys soccer action in G.M. Tennant Stadium.

Polk County picked up its first win of the season with the triumph. The Wolverines are now 1-4 on the season.

The Wolverines are back in action on Thursday, traveling to T.C. Roberson for a 5 p.m. non-conference match.
