Wil Rimer scored three goals and Nate Smart added another Wednesday as Polk County notched a 4-2 win in boys soccer action at Smoky Mountain.
The Wolverines (1-1) picked up their first win of the season thanks in part to Rimer’s hat trick, which included a penalty kick.
Jeremy Allsbrook assisted both Rimer goals and Smart’s goal.
Polk County makes its home debut on Thursday, hosting West Henderson in a non-conference match.
