Any Polk County student or adult who wishes to attend Thursday’s 3A boys soccer playoff match in G.M. Tennant Stadium will be able to do so for free.
An anonymous donor has offered to pay the $12 ticket fee for any local student attending the fourth-round showdown matching Patton and Polk County. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m., with the weather forecast looking ideal for what should be a highly competitive contest.
Following that news, a second donor stepped forward and offered to pay for all Polk County adults to attend the game. So that means all Wolverine fans can attend the game for free.
