PCMS boys soccer sets summer pickup, fall tryout schedules

Polk County Middle School’s boys soccer program will hold tryouts August 8-10 at Utz Field.

Tryouts will be held from 5:30-8 p.m., with the first day of practice set for August 11 st 6 p.m.

Anyone interested in trying out must complete a concussion form and have a physical on file before being allowed to partcipate. Athletes can check with John Ruth (jruth@polkschools.org) to confirm whether they have the required forms on field.

Head coach Lennox Charles is also hosting skill/pickups days at Harmon Field. These dates are not mandatory for players interested in trying out. Upcoming skill/pickup days include:

  • * June 23, June 30, July 19, July 21, August 1.
