Polk Middle grabbed an early 1-0 lead on a Luke Garrison goal, beating the goalkeeper with a low drive after receiving a pass from Ross Dow.
Macon Middle responded with a pair of goals, but Dow converted a penalty kick to even the match at 2-2 at halftime.
The Panthers scored in the 45th minute to take a 3-2 advantage, then tallied three times in the final 12 minutes.
Jackson Blotner had 12 saves for Polk Middle, which returns home Wednesday to face Smoky Mountain Middle in a 4:30 p.m. match.
