Polk County Middle School’s basketball squads proved Friday that the court isn’t the only place where they can shine.

The Wolverine girls and boys squads, along with head coaches Michelle Fagan and John Rochford and assistant coaches Brad Muse and Deshane Briscoe, entertained residents at Tryon Estates with Christmas songs on Friday afternoon.

After spreading holiday cheer, the two teams then enjoyed dinner before heading to Polk County High School to support the Wolverine squads as they battled Mountain Heritage.
