Chase pulled away late Wednesday to hand Polk County a 49-35 defeat in a Mountain Foothills 7 Conference junior varsity boys basketball game in Forest City.
The Trojans (4-6) held just a 33-28 lead entering the fourth quarter, but outscored the Wolverines 16-7 in the final stanza to secure the win.
Polk County dropped to 0-10 with the loss.

Ross Dow led the Wolverines with 10 points, with Dre Thompson scoring seven. Nate Fagan added five, with Kamron Cunningham, Keyan Simpson and Tae Gary each scoring three points.
Harris Windsor added two points for Polk, which will host East Rutherford on Friday.
