Polk County sophomore Gunnar Alm has been named to the 2023-25 Mountain Foothills 7 All-Conference boys basketball squad.
Alm averaged 18.9 points per game this season for the Wolverines, who finished with a 3-21 record. His 43-point game against Chase set a school record for most points in a home game by a Polk County player.
East Rutherford’s Dacen Petty was named the conference player of the year, with Patton’s Dennis Brittain named the conference coach of the year. Brittain is retiring in December and stepped down as the team’s head coach at the end of the season.
