Wolverines to host Brevard in preseason scrimmage

Fans can get their first look at Polk County’s 2016 baseball squad on Monday as the Wolverines host a preseason scrimmage with Brevard.

First pitch is at 4:30 p.m. Admission will be $3, and Polk County High School sports passes will be honored. All donations and ticket sales will go towards the Polk County baseball program.

Polk County is also slated to host Rosman on Thursday in another preseason scrimmage at 4:30 p.m. The Wolverines open their 2016 season on Feb. 29 at East Rutherford.
