Alm earns Perfect Game Tournament All-American recognition

Polk County junior Gunnar Alm has been chosen as a 2026 Tournament All-American by Perfect Game.

Alm took part this past summer in a number of Perfect Game events, including a handful of national tournaments. Playing for the South Charlotte Panthers, Alm hit .491 in 73 plate appearances with five home runs and 23 RBI. Alm also stole 11 bases.

Alm, who has verbally committed to North Carolina State, made the PG All-American First Team as a hitter.
