Staff
Andy Rhinehart serves as the site’s editor/publisher. He is a veteran journalist with some three decades of experience, first as a sports writer/editor and then as an online director. He worked for multiple newspapers in North and South Carolina and earned several N.C. Press Association and S.C. Press Association awards for sports writing and editing. He created GoUpstate.com, the Web site of the Spartanburg Herald-Journal, and led that site for 10 years, receiving numerous S.C. Press Association awards as one of the top newspaper Web sites in the state. He has also worked for The New York Times Regional Media Group, Digital First Media, Saxotech, Pew Research Center and Parse.ly.
